In keeping with one of Woodford’s newer traditions, the Silver Badge Team visited Haven House to present our annual cheque to support their work.
The girls learned more about the charity’s work with life-limited children and with their families and they visited the Holistic Centre. Like all visitors to the hospice they were struck by the warmth and positivity of those who work and visit there. Several Woodford girls volunteer with the charity and the school is pleased to continue this important partnership with our neighbours.
