GCSE results have again  been a cause for celebration at Woodford with students securing themselves impressive grades across the curriculum.  104 students (87%) gained five or more A* / A grades.  44 students gained a clean sweep of A* / As and we had  11 girls on straight A*s. 

For the first time all Year 11 students took Triple Science (rather than the less demanding double science route) and they gained 99%  A* - C,  with 84% of grades at A* / A.

Year 11 students were delighted for themselves and for each other and were in jubilant spirits as they set off together for a local café expressing an intention to eat cake – a lot of cake!
