Equality Objectives 2023/2024
- To take every opportunity to celebrate a broad range of festivities and customs.
- (Target = broader range of celebrations marked through assemblies, canteen theme days, activity days etc.)
- To identify and work towards identified priorities for WCHS

- (Target = t0 address necessary actions identified in Equaliteach baseline assessment Summer Term 2023)
- To develop WCHS capacity to tackle bullying, especially that targeting protected characteristics
- (Target: Pastoral colleagues to attend an online Equaliteach twilight training session May – Oct 2023 covering all 6 sessions between them and sharing learning in the team
- To empower student voice in the promotion of equality and the prevention of bullying, especially that targeting protected characteristics
- (Target: Students e.g. Equalities Forum reps to attend Equaliteach Agents for Change event. Autumn 2023)
