Our school – Her future

Woodford County High School is a selective girls’ state grammar school in the London Borough of Redbridge. Entry is via a voluntary 11+ test, which is administered by the London Borough of Redbridge Education Authority and taken in the Autumn of Year 6. The school’s catchment area includes the whole of Redbridge and selected areas of adjacent boroughs.

An on-site Open Evening event is planned for 30th April 2026 when the Parents / Carers of children will be invited to book tickets to visit the school in order to inform their decision making about secondary school preferences.

Please note that all Y5 parents who wish to have the option of naming Woodford County High School as a preferred Secondary School must register for the 11+ test via the Redbridge website. Registration opens on 1st May 2026 and closes on 15th June 2026 at 5pm.
