Equality Objectives 2022/2023

  • To provide staff training in the development of an inclusive classroom

(Target = raised teacher confidence in managing difficult conversations and racist incidents following March 2023 training from Global Learning London.)

  • To audit the involvement of different student groups (e.g. pupil premium, SEND etc.) in enrichment activities (clubs, visits etc.)

(Target = system in place to enable routine monitor equality of opportunity / participation)

  • To focus on values of citizenship & equality through July 2023 Co-curricular Day

(Target: raised student focus on promoting equality via activities and externally provided training)

  • To finalise an Equalities Charter with KS3 & KS4 students

(A charter in place for KS3 & KS4 as well as for the Sixth Form)
