To promote equality by training 48 Sixth Form students to run a whole school Equalities Survey providing both qualitative and quantitative data about the exclusivity of policy and practice at WCHS.  To agree an action plan on the basis of the data obtained by the above survey

To evaluate above Equalities Promotion launch project by submission of an Action Research paper to the Princes’ Teaching Institute (PTI) seeking school accreditation on the PTI Leadership Programme

To train teaching staff in strategies for combatting homophobic bullying
