In response to the whole school Equalities Survey undertaken in 2017/2018 to adjust WCHS uniform by
- Introduction of a uniform hijab from September 2018
- Introduction of trousers as a uniform option from September 2018

To provide Equalities Training for all colleagues on both the teaching and the support staff teams. (At least 90% of staff to have completed training by July 2019)

To provide gender equality awareness training to boost the confidence of identified students in Year 10 and to assess its impact
