36 hours per week: 09.30 – 17.30 - Term-time plus 3 weeks

We are seeking to appoint a proactive and committed person to join a key post on our busy admin team in September 2020. You will be able to work on your own initiative, with a high degree of accuracy, professionalism and confidentiality and be a highly competent ICT user including the use of Microsoft office and ideally SIMS. You will have excellent communication and people skills and the ability to relate well to adults. Experience of working in a school environment is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities will be to:
- Provide an effective support to the Headteacher that will enable them to undertake their responsibilities effectively
- Undertake all HR and Personnel administration liaising effectively with both school staff and outside agencies
- Undertake administration of payroll (currently through London Borough of Redbridge)
- Undertake administrative support to the Clerk of Governors
The successful candidate will be dependable, hardworking, calm, flexible, and a committed team person, who will enjoy interacting with our Governors, outside agencies, visitors and colleagues.
