This is published and circulated annually to all OGA members.  Our Editor Sue (newsletter.wchsoga@gmail.com) will be delighted to receive your news, including photos (whether recent or of times past), before the April 30^th deadline each year.   Share news with her by email (preferably as a Word document), or via post using either the postal address in the Newsletter, or email address above.  Remember to include your pictures, but please note, return of original photos sent by post cannot be guaranteed.

Included with your Newsletter, members receive a renewal form for completion if applicable, an invitation to the AGM, and an invitation to join the OGA tea.  Do look out for it.  

If you are unsure whether you are still a member, or know that your membership has lapsed, please re-join now using this link.  If you have just discovered us, use the same form, mark it as a new member and set up your payment method.  Please return it to Jan Williams, our Membership Secretary membership.wchsoga@gmail.com. 

Importantly, let us have your subs – just £5 each year - preferably by Standing Order (bank details are on the form) or available from Jan, our Treasurer at treasurer.wchsoga@gmail.com to reduce the burden of bank charges for the OGA.

If planning for September 2023 is just too much to organise, remember that the OGA AGM and tea is held on the last Saturday of September every year. 

As already mentioned, every five years we host a larger, all-day gathering, so why not start now to plan a larger reunion in 2024 for the 105^th Birthday celebration – keep an eye on this site for further details nearer the time.
