Our approach to student development is to create a PSHCE curriculum which will ensure that our learners complete their education at Woodford and become well-rounded individuals who have a high sense of moral values.  As well as being taught developmental skills in PSHCE, staff and external agencies provide opportunities through assemblies, educational visits and drop-down days.
