Selection Procedure (Teaching Posts)
Short-listed candidates will be invited to an interview day at the School which will include the following elements:
- A tour of the school
- A chance to meet with the relevant department
- A lesson to teach
- A panel interview
Candidates may be asked to prepare a short presentation to be delivered as part of the interview.
All interviewed candidates will be contacted after the process and informed of the decisions made. Feedback (by telephone) will be made available when requested.
All applications for posts advertised at Woodford will be acknowledged in writing.
